I have the memories of being home on maternity leave with my sweet baby boy.... screaming his lungs out....

NO, really, not many episodes of that; mostly cuddly, sweet, sleep-deprived days and nights, with the crisp fall colors surrounding our cozy house....

It was magical. It really was.

Thanks for reminding me of the memories. You are so kind!Genie @ Diet of 51https://www.blogger.com/profile/12666514999795984295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990977257817044347.post-15743370760280103822010-10-02T02:08:22.401-04:002010-10-02T02:08:22.401-04:00Congratulations on ending September showing a loss...Congratulations on ending September showing a loss! Wahoo, you. You earned that one, girl, you did!

I am so happy to see October 1st! Summer was hard for me weight wise--but today is the first day of the last quarter of the year. And we're gonna burn it up!

I'm in Pittsburgh, PA. And fall is beautiful here--much like in Tennessee I would imagine. We're in the Appalachian foothills (anthills compared to the Smokies, of course!) and the trees put on a beautiful show. Usually a good month to be outside--although the last 3 days have been chilly and rainy. :(

We're on our way to having a HOT 100, tho! :D

DebAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990977257817044347.post-27337286765204449742010-10-01T23:21:52.758-04:002010-10-01T23:21:52.758-04:00I love this time of year too!!!! I love where we live--near Washington, D.C. and I love the beautiful Shennandoah Valley seen from Skyline drive. as well as the beautiful shoreline near Chincoteague Island. My favorite months are at the height of the fall color in the mountains (Oct) and when the spring flowers start their color show (Apr/May) I have a very large bed of Virginia Bluebells that are my harbingers of spring.
I love hearing about your October plans--can't wait to hear the rest! :)Tishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01039903741028922963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990977257817044347.post-8420608796434058982010-10-01T21:19:37.645-04:002010-10-01T21:19:37.645-04:00In landlocked in Texas where there isn't much ...In landlocked in Texas where there isn't much in the way of seasons, but October is my favorite month, followed closely by April. My fav time of year is this time - with all the colours but it's bittersweet, knowing that once the leaves are gone, my world will be dull and gray for a long time (snow doesn't always arrive and stay - rain does, cold, yucky rain :( )...I LOVE fall walks. Love walking at any time, but a cool, sunny fall day is the BEST! One of my very best friends lives in Sieverville. I was out last August and it was beautiful.

I live in the heart of California, the central valley, near Modesto. The prettiest time of year in the Valley is early spring, when the almonds are blossoming. The best thing about where I live is location. I in an hour, I can be in San Francisco, at the beach, Yosemite National Park, or some where in the Sierra Nevada's. California is one of the most beautiful and most environmentally diverse states.Weightlesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00488374967418706567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990977257817044347.post-26883087337973379562010-10-01T14:50:39.055-04:002010-10-01T14:50:39.055-04:00You know where I am Sharon.
